      Three Quarter-Time CR Immediately Prorated at 75%
      Half-Time CR Immediately Prorated at 50%
      Funeral Leave F/T & P/T CR After 1 year Can use up to one week of accrued annual, sick, or compensatory time if a member of the employee's or employee's spouse's immediate family dies.
       
      Can use one day of accrued time if someone not in your immediate family dies.
      Compensatory Leave Exempt employees - contact HR for eligibility CR Immediately For every hour worked per week in excess of your regularly scheduled hours, you will receive one hour of time off
      Overtime pay Non-exempt employees CR Immediately For every hour worked over 40 hours in a week you are paid at time and a half
      Jury duty All CR Immediately Difference between jury pay and regular pay
      INSURANCE        
      Health Insurance 20 or more hrs per week CR pays most of premium. Employee contribution is portion 1st day of the month following or coinciding with date of hire. Comprehensive emergency and preventative health insurance coverage - employee, employee/spouse, employee/child(ren) and family; choice of HMO, HMO POS and PPO; includes prescription drug and vision benefits

      Dental Insurance 20 or more hrs per week CR pays most of premium. Employee contribution is portion Same as Health Insurance Comprehensive dental - preventive, basic, major, orthodontia - with employee, employee/spouse, employee/child(ren) and family benefits

      Flexible Spending Accounts 20 or more hrs per week Employee elects pre-tax deductions Same as Health Insurance Limit $3000 for medical and $5000 for dependent care per year
      Life and AD&D Insurance 20 or more hrs per week CR Same as Health Insurance Life and AD&D insurance is 1 times your annual salary rounded to the next highest thousand dollars to a cap of $150,000
      Short Term Disability 20 or more hrs per week CR Same as Health Insurance STD benefits begin on the 30th day for a disability or injury and pay 60% of your weekly income, up to a maximum of $1000 per week, for 9 weeks.  
      Long-Term Disability 20 or more hrs per week CR Same as Health Insurance LTD benefits begin after 90 days or when STD expires and pay 60% of your monthly salary up to a maximum of $8,000 per month. 
      Supplemental Insurance 20 or more hrs per week Employee  Same as Health Insurance CR offers supplemental insurance plans through AFLAC. These plans are voluntary and pre-tax and are paid for entirely by the employee.
      Employee Assistance Program (EAP) All CR Immediately The program provides FREE, CONFIDENTIAL, professional counseling for a wide range of issues such as marital and family relationships, drug and alcohol, financial, legal, child and elder care matters.  This benefit is paid for entirely by CR and is available to CR employees and their families.
       
      Workers' Compensation All CR Immediately Coverage of medical expenses and disability resulting from job-related illness or injury
      FINANCIAL        
      Retirement Plan All can contribut; must work minimum of 1000 hrs per year to be eligible for employer contributions Employee and CR Immediately Employee can contribute immediately; 4% employer discretionary contribution after one year; 50% employer match up to 4% of your contribution after 2 years. Vesting is immediate for employee contribution, 2 years for employer match, and 3 years for employer discretionary
      Social Security All CR matches employee contribution Immediately Monthly retirement and disability benefits
      MISCELLANEOUS        
      Direct Deposit All CR Immediately Direct deposit of your payroll check into up to 3 checking and/or savings accounts
