Property Development Experience and Capacity
Community Residences (CR) has developed more than 25 congregate living facilities and five independent living facilities in Northern Virginia over the last 30 years. CR also manages a multi-family apartment building in Arlington and a large office building in Fairfax County. CR owns most of the facilities it utilizes, and has 30 years of experience in maintaining, managing and upgrading both congregate and independent living facilities.

Community Residences has on staff a Director of Asset Management, a Property Manager and five Maintenance Personnel throughout Virginia. Our areas of expertise include all of Northern Virginia (Arlington, Fairfax, Alexandria, Loudoun and Prince William), as well as the City of Richmond and its outlying suburbs. CR’s Property Management team also maintains relationships with a wide array of highly competent subcontractors.
The Property Management team uses a software product called Landport, which allows Clients to enter work orders electronically and assign a priority (Emergency, High, Medium, Low). The work orders are then dispatched to the Property Management team for assignment and completion, with a final report issued to the Client once a work order is completed.
