Strategic Goals
- Evaluate and begin planning for service models that increase independent living and community integration by utilizing smaller and more efficient residential options. These options would include four-bed Intermediate Care Facilities and Apartment Clusters accessing "Money Follows the Person" funding.
- Expand services by adding engaging day programming at the Chantilly headquarters.
- Explore options for transitional youth services, geriatric care of those with disabilities and the care of those suffering from autism or brain injuries.
- Convert the Arlington ArtWorks program into a financially viable psycho-social program able to service a broader array of clientele.
